Our Story

Founded in South Carolina’s capital city in the winter of 2022, Weakdays represents the sum of a dozen different parts: the intricate musicianship of modern prog, the free-wheeling influence of the great jam bands of the 1990s, the larger-than-life attitude of the 1970s.

Together, they form a sound that’s hard to describe, but impossible to forget: a mix of big riffs, blistering solos, and memorable hooks.
